Happy New Year! Your Commttment to Sit in 2019

Some of us take the opportunity of a new year to make resolutions, a vow to make big and small changes in our lifestyle,  outlook and other aspects of our lives. It’s as good a time as any to step forward and make the changes we’ve been thinking about.

Why not resolve to commit to sit this year starting now. Begin a regular meditation practice. One of the best ways to begin a practice and stick with it is to join others. Seek out a meditation group in your area and join them. They can teach you how to meditate and support and encourage you to continue a practice.  There are several meditation groups in the WNY region that meet weekly, including this group.

We offer free meditation lessons for anyone.

Shambhala Meditation Group of WNY Southtowns meets every Tuesday evening at 7 pm in the yoga room of SportsFocus at 3940 California Road in Orchard Park,  NY.

All are welcome, regardless of experience.
